Paros Greece: The Best 3 Day Itinerary
So you’re thinking about going to Paros Greece? Or maybe it’s been settled, you’re going! Paros is one of my favorite islands in Greece, it’s a perfect combination of Mykonos and Naxos, party scene but also beautiful beaches . You can find everything you are looking for on this island, party, peace, beaches, amazing food. It truly has it all! 3 days is the perfect amount of time to spend in Paros, and I’ll show you just how. Here is a breakdown of my 3 day itinerary, look no further I got you covered!
PAROS AT A GLANCE
| Best Time To Visit | May & September if you want less crowds June – August if you want the best weather |
| Getting There | Paros has an airport! Which is super convenient if you are flying in from Athens. If not, the ferry is the most popular way to get to Paros, with multiple ferries a day |
| Where to Stay | We stayed a Cove Paros which was AMAZING. About a 15-20 minute walk from Naoussa. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough |
| Ideal For | Paros is perfect for Couples / Solo / Groups I would totally go here for a bachelorette or couples getaway. |

Day 1: Arrival
Depending what time of day you get into Paros, you can take it easy day 1 or try to pack in some fun places. Check into your hotel, we stayed at Cove Paros. I absolutely loved this hotel, it’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the main town. Close enough to be in the party and food scene. But far enough where you can also get that peace and quiet you dream about. The property is gorgeous with an amazing breakfast, you truly cannot go wrong.
Places to Go
If you decide to go out and about on day 1, these are the places I recommend visiting
- Naousa: Your first night has to start in Naousa! Incredible vibes, restaurants, shops, it truly has everything. Best place to be with no plans, just wander and get lost in the streets in Paros.
- Kalogeros beach: If you get in early enough and want to go to one of the prettiest beaches in Paros, I would go here. Beautiful rock formations are worth the visit alone!
Dinner recommendation: Glafkos Taverna is a stunner! Right on the water with amazing food to match the setting. Right in the heart of Naousa, this is a must! Be prepared for a wait they only accept walk-ins!

Day 2: Village hopping & Beaches
We are packing in a ton on Day 2! This is where a set of wheels is definitely going to come in clutch! We rented a 4 wheeler which was so fun! Beach hopping, village shopping, you name it. Day 2 is packed to get the most of your time in Paros.
Places to Go
- Santa Maria Beach: If you’re in the mood for beach clubs and nice day beds, definitely check out Santa Maria beach. We spent a couple of hours here and it was a great day to spend an early afternoon.
- Lefkes village: The cutest village perched on top of a mountain. Perfect way to spend a slow afternoon walking around the whitewashed allies. FYI parking is a little sketchy be warned lol
- Marpissa: Another quaint little village (smaller than Lefkes). Known for the famous pink door, not much to do here but nice to walk around.
Dinner recommendation: Sigi Ikthios was such a good find. Right next to the famous Barbadossa, it has cute port views and right in the center of Naoussa buzzing with good vibes and good food.

Day 3: BOAT DAY!

Day 3 in Paros I would highly recommend taking a boat out for a day or half day. This is something I wish we did as I have heard nothing but amazing things about Antiparos. If you don’t end up doing a boat day, hanging out by the pool at the hotel and exploring more of Paros is the way to go!
boat rental company
I researched for boats in Paros and this is the one I would go with. I like that they offer different times of day to book either day or sunset cruise.
Places to Go
- Boat day: As mentioned above, the boat day will likely be most of your day 3! Something I missed and wish I built into my plans last time! Here is the company I would give a try.
- Parikia: This part of Paros is often overlooked but it’s a cute port town. I absolutely loved the Windmill bar where we watched the sunset and it was perfect!
- Plage Siparos: If you’re looking for another beach to visit, this is perfect paired with dinner at Siparos Seaside Restaurant
Dinner Recommendation: Greco taverna is a relaxed traditional Greek taverna in Parikia serving classic Greek comfort dishes, grilled meats, seafood, and local favorites in a warm, authentic waterfront setting. Great for a casual especially if you want to get drinks at the windmill bar after.

Practical Tips for PAROS
Getting Around
- Car: A rental car is not 100% nesccasry in Paros compared to some other islands. I would rent one for a day just to get around to the villages but definitely don’t need to for the full 3 days
- Ferry: You will likely get to Paros via ferry which is located in Parikia.
- Boat: Boat day mentioned above, absolute MUST DO
- Taxi: Taxis were readily available in Paros, easy way to get around.
Where to Eat
- Barbarossa: One of the most famous restaurants in Paros (one you’ve likely seen on Tik Tok or insta). Book in advance as it gets busy.
- Glafkos Taverna: Abouslte must when in Naoussa. Be prepared for a wait as they only accept walk ins. Get there early!
- Sigi Ikthios: Right next to Barbarossa, such a good find. In the center of Naoussa with amazing sea food.
- Greco Taverna: A relaxed traditional Greek taverna in Parikia serving classic Greek comfort dishes, grilled meats, seafood, and local favorites in a warm, authentic waterfront setting. Great for a casual but very “Greek island” dinner experience.
- Mira Restaurant: A stylish beachfront restaurant in Parikia known for elevated Mediterranean and Greek cuisine, romantic sunset dinners, and a more upscale atmosphere with beautiful sea views. Ideal for a nicer dinner night in Paros.
